Since 1953, we have always put our people first and treated everyone with equity. Our profit share scheme, which is based on the overall profitability of the
company rather than individual performance, creates unity within the Woods team. Essentially, when the company performs well, every employee is rewarded.

Testament to the care we provide our people is the longevity of our workforce.
Of our 80 fulltime employees, 19 have been with the company 10 plus
years, 9 have been 20 plus years, 2 have exceeded 30 years and one that has
just hit 40 years of service.
